  As of late, I've been taking CBD oil regularly. In the past, when I was more "into" essential oils, I found a select few that proved useful in addressing a wide range of problems. After doing some research, I discovered CBD oil and its many health benefits, especially for those dealing with worry and depression. After a loss about two years ago, I went into a deep depression. I've found that taking CBD oil before workouts and when there's a lot going on in my life has really helped me focus and relax.
